So from previous calls and training, the group should be up to speed on the problem, the ultimate desired outcome, and the sales copy needed to generate very strong conversion rates in your chosen markets.

We had a good discussion about refund reduction for the first 30 minutes of the call, followed by many other questions answered.

Caleb set the goal of having a new ad written by next week for the group.
